Family Tree Review & Research Audit Up to 90 Minutes | $149 Think your family tree may contain missing information, duplicate people, incorrect relationships, or unsupported conclusions? Let's take a closer look. During this service, we'll review your existing family tree and identify potential research issues, including: Duplicate individuals Conflicting dates Unsupported relationships Missing sources Research gaps Possible incorrect connections Areas requiring additional documentation You'll receive practical recommendations for improving the accuracy and organization of your research. Please provide access to or an export of your family tree before the appointment when possible.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Reservations Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation. Our regular consultation availability is Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM–10:00 AM Pacific Time, unless otherwise specified. Additional dates and times may be offered based on availability. Please check your confirmation email for the exact appointment date, time, location, and/or virtual meeting information. 2. Please Arrive Prepared To make the most of your appointment, please provide any relevant information you have before the session, including: Names and alternate spellings Approximate birth/death dates Locations Existing family tree information Family documents Photographs Obituaries Previous research DNA information, when relevant The more information you provide, the more effectively we can use your scheduled research time. 3. Rescheduling We understand that plans change. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please use the rescheduling option in your booking confirmation or contact us as soon as possible. 4. Late Arrivals Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that other clients' appointments are not affected. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be considered a no-show. 5. No-Shows A missed appointment without advance notice is considered a no-show. Because appointment time is reserved exclusively for the client, no-shows may be non-refundable. 6. Cancellations & Refunds For paid appointments, cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund or one-time rescheduling, subject to the terms of the specific service purchased. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion but may not qualify for a refund. 7. Research Services & Refunds Genealogy research involves historical records and information that may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, restricted, damaged, destroyed, or incorrectly indexed. Payment for research services covers research time, expertise, analysis, and work performed—not a guaranteed genealogical result. Because research work begins after purchase, completed research services are generally non-refund
